I purchased some letters for my scout group neckers in Jan 2018. I received the items and my credit card was charged. I n April of 2018 there was a second charge on my credit card. I am in Canada so charges were a little higher the second time as exchange rate was higher in April. I contacted company by phone and email and never got an answer. I finally tried a different number and spoke to Ed Woods who after several emails told me I would be reimbursed. It never happened and now I get no replies from email as well. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. It is fraud to charge for something I did not authorize for. I can see a mistake being made but refund the account and move on. I would look for another company to purchase from and save yourself all the aggravation they will cause you.
