Below is copy of email exchnge with one of your customer service people. My sister and I bought the same shoes from Easy Spirit at the same time – my sister received her refund without issue, I have store credit which I dod not want. I want my refund. Awaiting your advices on how I get my money back for merchandise returned over a month ago.
