Date – Mid 2016 They claimed to be hair professional and insisted an expensive hair re-bonding recommendation. This re-bonding badly damaged my hair and lasted only a few days. My scalp became red, swollen and cracked after re-bonding. My hair became very dry and brittle and had to cut it. Throughout the hair re-bonding process, I was constantly pestered by the China manager, hair dresser and beautician to buy more hair services and facial treatments. They insisted I stay behind and continue more hair services though I informed them I had not eaten my meal and urgently had matters to attend. The China manager at the cashier, insisted I pay for more unwanted hair treatments regardless of a very long queue waiting for him to finish talking. After I rejected all his offers, he showed an ugly attitude.
