Ecoki construction was hired to do a remodel job for my wife and I. It was not until later I found out they did not pull the required permits, the subcontractors that were used were not licensed or insured. The quality of work was poor for example the concrete floor that was poured was very unlevel and had an abnormally large number of cracks. A licensed plumber was not used for the job and the work was done by Greg Edwards the owner of Ecoki. The contract completion deadline for the concrete floor and plumbing was exceed by approximately 25 days. We were also assured the kitchen and laundry room areas would be completed by a specified date and were still not completed by weeks later. In conclusion we made the decision to stop using Ecoki when they asked for the final payment when the job was no where near completed, the quality of work was poor and would have to be redone in many cases and requests to correct went unanswered and ignored. These type of scam contractors should not be allowed to operate anywhere ! Should have done some research and asked for references and even then I would probably bet they would be paid references as shady as this guy is. BEWARE and hire a reputable contractor. Don’t be suckered like we were. Do some research and ask for references, we did not. Reminds me of the scammers who fly into town when storms come in except this guy lives here! .
