“eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com is one of the worst online retailers I have ever dealt with. I am building a new home. I ordered two vessel sinks from them. Their website said the sinks were “IN STOCK” in bold letters. After I placed the order they immediately processed my credit card and didn’t ship the product. After 5 weeks of waiting, communicating with them by phone, by their online messaging system and by email they told me it would be another 5 weeks before delivery. When I canceled the order they wouldn’t send me a confirmation of cancellation NOR did they credit my credit card. I had to call MasterCard and dispute the charges. It should be illegal for any company to charge your credit card BEFORE delivering your product. NEVER buy from eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com or any of their companies.”
