Each year in June this company has took our website off due to the hosing fee expiring. They have my credit card on file to do auto renewal but for one reason or another, that never happens. It is next to impossible to get a real person on the phone, they do not answer emails, and this is the 2nd year in a row that i could not even leave them a message, thier mail box is full. Last year in Oct. we paid them the yearly fee, when we had just paid it in June of 2013 because we wanted to get our expiration date away from the month of June. June is when we have our big fundraiser, June is when we have advertised in newspapers, magazines, websites, etc and we have our website on all of this advertising. Now when someone tries to look at our website, it comes up as expired. I have been trying to get them on the phone for over a week. We are a garden club and our fundraiser is a garden walk for which we sell tickets for. .
