Personnel Concepts calls via telemarketing and uses a misleading script to gain the urgent attention of the small business owner, “Hi, may I speak to the person in that handles New York State Department of Labor?” – implying they are the Dept of Labor and then out and out LIE about how much money they will save you to put up posters which you DO receive for FREE from the Labor Dept. It is amazing that my boss fell for their scam and did not know that we receive such posters for FREE and was willing to buy their lies for $229. I urge all to write to Department of Consumer Affairs. .
