I drove for EMBA Transportation for two weeks. My first pay check was $166.06 which was correct and paid. My second check was $1478.06 wasn’t deposited on my pay day which monday . After calling the accounting dept I was told it would be deposited the next day. It wasn’t. Calling them everyday I was only told LIE after LIE. My final statement I didn’t get for two weeks, it was for $777. 90 . They owe me $2,255.96 for the pass 5 weeks it’s been nothing but more LIES. They have no intention of paying me or the other driver’s they’re screwing. What ever you do DON’T go to work for these clowns. Elmir Kocan owns other business. I’ve found out that this policy of not paying those people that for him Carry’s over to those companies too.
