, I have raised this complain over call center. EI – 1 – [protected]. The amount should be refunded and expected to be on my account. I have been following up through your call center [protected] and I don’t feel like they are doing something about it. I have been receiving different information from your call center agents and I am not sure if I should trust them anymore. The complaint was created May 29, 2019. I know that the amount is small but as a member of this bank, I believe I also deserve genuine service from you. Kindly take action for the refund of my remittance.
