I took my car to the dealer to have service done to the motor (engine) mounts because that was listed as covered items in the contract. the dealer said that coverage was denied because the mounts were collasped, meaning broken. So I am stuck with a $881.00 dollar repair bill, plus about $150.00 in rental car charges. because of terminalogy. If I had known I would have to pay for this I would have done it myself and saved about $850.00 dollars. The motor mounts were listed as covered items. So I have paid about $1000.00 dollars for a contract that so far has used any excuse to keep from paying. Stay away from endurance, mepco, interstate. they are all involved. Now I have to cancel the worthless contract for $148.00 a month just so I can afford to pay the $1000.00 I now owe. Thank you very much Endurance.
