Epl India Limited — Solar System not functioning

I had installed Solar Heating System at my farmhouse last year, as per the recommendations given by their employees, from the day one the system is not functioning and when ever we contact them their immediate reply we shall attend. After my continuous follow up I was able to speak to their Customer Service Head on his mobile, after an week he sent an technician who said I have to pay money for an auxiliary unit which shall solve the problem, promptly done, now he advised to bring an Plumber who charged me money again which was also paid. At present the systems is not functioning.

Mr Sanjeev Arora is not responding to my email or the mobile.

Mr Parth Arora – Managing Director – Not reachable, Mr Mehul Arora- Director – always rude and cuts my call, Mrs Neena Arora-Director- never answers . Terrible experience and response. all are very arrogant, no responsible answer and not customer friendly.

i am fed up and tired of following up. I will be proceeding to take legal action in a few more days.
