This is a second company through a another company that charges you $1500 to lower the payments of your student loan debt – which has not happened…….they use another company who tries to get your amount lower or put you in a different program – and no response from them either. They requested last two paychecks and tax forms – then was suppose to call and discuss what options I have – they have not – and this was months ago. I recently heard that Navient is now AES but the company has not informed me of that – they are taking monthly payments on top of my student loans.
