Welcome! You’ve taken the first brave step by seeking out a therapist! I love collaborating with clients to facilitate mind-body-spirit work in order to help them experience a more holistic, creative, and joyful life! I enjoy teaching a new perspective that creates an empowered state of mind that leads to change. I am able to offer a unique blend of services from my diverse professional background. I have worked in addictions, trauma and crisis work and helped clients navigate the difficulties that can arise after an arrest or a DUI. Specialties include: Recovery from sexual trauma, domestic violence and abuse, addictions, and 12-Step work; chronic pain, illness, cancer recovery; anxiety, depressive disorders; pregnancy and post-partum care; grief and loss work; sexuality and gender identity; working with children and families with application of the expressive art therapies. I enjoy incorporating Expressive Art Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Hypnosis into treatment when appropriate. I strive to teach my clients deep breathing and Progressive Muscle Relaxation techniques.
