Es Engines

I bough a remanufactured engine from this company in mid March for roughly 5k. The salesman brian spoke well about it and had answers for all of my questions about parts in the engine, (I know a lot about them) everything sounded good and he said they had one ready. Well it started off badly, he lied about having it ready, and it took almost two weeks just to ship. | When it arrived I had my shop (palifox imports best in town, only work on high end cars) install the engine. It immediately started smoking, was diagnosed at first to be the turbo, so we replaced it. Then they said it could be the off valve, so we replaced it. Then he said most likely the ring havnt seated yet and to drive it for a while so that’s what I did five hundred miles later, still smoking said it was valve stem seals. | So at that point I wanted a second opinion I took it out of town to another highly recommend import shop, they said the turbo was bad again!!! Which it was, so I put the best turbo money could buy on it all the while es engines is constantly making excuses, still smoking. Did the valve stem seals on it, which there where bad. | The company said it wasn’t there problem still smoking so after battling with es engines about I refund, which after a few weeks I realised I would never get, I had my shop pull that engine out of the car, and we couldn’t believe what we found while tearing it down debris in the oil pan, cylinder honing done completely wrong, a gouge in the cylinder, the ring to cylinder clearance was wayyy out of spec. | That engine would have never been right this company completely ripped me off, now they won’t even respond to emails I have videos, pictures, and statements from shop owners, and they still won’t make it right. And come to find out the engine was soo faulty that what was causing turbos to fail so now I’m out the 5k for the engine 3k in other parts, 4k in labor and my car is still not fixed
