Purchased a defective unit. Refuses to acknowledge faulty Item. I have only asked for a copy of sales receipt which i never received. They refuse to provide. The manufacturer has agreed to replace unit if i can produce a purchase receipt. he still refuses telling me he does not have a copy of purchase. What a liar. Its been 2 weeks since purchase and says he has no record of sale. How can that be with a creditcard sale.. What im asking for will cost him nothing as the Manufacturer is going to repair based on factury warrantee as long as I have a receipt or proof of purchase. THIS COMPANY JUST DOES NOT CARE TO EVEN HELP.. I DONT want bMONEY OR A PRODUCT.
