European fitness center .Reno Nc European fitness I opened an account membership at european fitness signed a contract .they gave me a tour of the fitness center i saw how dingy and unclean the place looked. I payed $45 to open account then i started having medical issue i called right after a couple of days after paying for my fitness contract so they froze my account up until december 2016 i called to ectend my freeze on my account and to cancel my account because i dont want to catch germs my immune system is weak ill end up in the hospital again i told them at first to. freeze my account over the phone they refuzed to because they want a doctors note. I said i cant because i wont be able to because i havent seen the doctor until feb .i told them to cancel my contract because of the uncleanliness and dingy the place looked they told me im a piece of work j they told me i had 10 days to get a docfors not or they will put a judgement on me of $300,and were nasty to me sent me a 10 day to pay or rlse they were rude and mean to me im on social security and disabled by law they arent allowed to touch me or take me to collections or charge me money i dont owe i havent worked out there since i singned up at europen fitness they have no good reviews on them many complaints on line about them . Im tired of being harrassed ive made online complaints to bbb. I want them to leave me alone they have hidden charges that tbey dneak up on pdople and they rip people off. | The place is dirty dingy I’m disabled and want them to cancel my membership I payed $45 they gave me a tour of the place I had them freeze my account due to my medical issues they did them wanted them to extend my account to be frozen they refused because they need a doctors no I can’t get one until Feb when I see my doctor they got mad at me for telling them the place in dirty dingy and they were rude told me I’m a piece of work . They sent me a notice today $300 to pay or else . I don’t know where that amount came from because there was. Freeze on my account and I have gone to work. Out there sealing up charges on me that are coming out of nowhere I’m disabled and I want my account canceled .
