DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!! You are told 6-8 weeks to be paid. When you call after emailing 3 people with no response at 9 weeks, you are told they actually have 45 business days (not holidays or weekends) not 8 weeks as stated in your contract. Then after working a $1200 job you get $300 after 10 weeks of waiting to be given the run around for the rest of your money. Which, I still am owed over $600. I have filed with my lawyer. Really… it takes me going to my lawyer to hope to get my money I worked hard for. Project Coordinators do not have their BAs backs, their only goal is to come out looking the best to the client. A client took a picture of the booth I was working while it was empty; because (according to my contract and rules with EPS) I am not allowed to take a break inside the booth. Instead of simply telling the client, “we require our employees to take their breaks outside the booth.” How simple is that? Don’t make up some excuse to put blame on the BA when they are following your rules. After 7 years of being a Brand ambassador, I cannot take the disrespectful way they treat BAs anymore. The lack of payment, communication, and general lack or respect for employees is disgusting.
