I started talking with them on May 20th, on May 28th I had a contract on a house and the process started. I was told over and over it would only take a week or 2 to get the process completed. It is now July 22 and still no closing. No explaination or appology from Evolve, just a “not our problem”. All from Office Manager, Lender, underwriter, and processor. Now we are rented a home since we closed on our previous home. Costing us $100 until we can move into our new home. And again, Evolve said, “not our problem”
