My car was parked in the street in front of my house legally parked. Because I live on a sharp curve I pull my car up the small curb to get my car off the street as much as possible so it will not get hit. I was towed because I was parked on the grass and the mobile home park I live in has a policy you cannot “park” in the grass. I had the police come out and they told me they do not have an ordinance for what I was doing. My tire was less than 3 inches over the grass in that I mean more of my tire was on the cement than in the grass so the cement was holding the tire not the grass. I have a pic and luckily it had rained so you can actually see in the pic the dry area where my tire was. I do want to include my neighbor has been parking the same way for years and I have a pic of their vehicle violating the same policy but has never been towed. I believe this tow was in retaliation for another incident that occurred recently with another vehicle I own Which is why I was towed and my neighbor wasnt. .
