Appointment 2 hours late they call apologized and gave us an additional 200.00 off if we buy, the sales rep Andy did not know anything about the extra discount because they did not speak! Andy sits down walks thru company speech and finally shows us carpet in the speech bragging about life time warranty showing us bad workmanship from other companies. He measures the room we pick out a carpet of course none are available for next day install only the ones they make a killing on are available for that. He writes up some ridicules bid at $2750.00 on 40 yards $69.00 a yard I almost kicked him out right there Andy said wait let me revisit this. Comes in at 1400.00 plus tax? We had company coming in so we went with it! One man install did not vacuum the seam was very easy to see the tile butt had frayed strands sticking up the corner had pad over tack strip showing a bulge offal install. They send out a tech and said yes it is a terrible install lets heat it up and re attach to the original the installer had 1/8 gaps and overlap in the glued seem this is an easy fix they say! Two days taking off work the owner / manager Hennery said you should not have bought from us if you are un happy with our way of selling! I asked for refund of x-amount and he said never! My suggestion is never use them go to your local sales rep they will not blow smoke up your rear and they will appreciate you as a client. Bigger not better!
