Dear concern I ordered usb device on 18-dec-19 & submitted amount of 35 sr via sadad payment, but could not gt confirmation from extra & extra team cancelled my order, then I raised complaint against my order, complaint no. Is 1-[protected]. After complaint I got message from extra that we have received your amount. Now the issue is my order is in cancel status & amount is payment done status. I visit extra storeto get my order but they said your order is cancelled web901452722. Please give me my usb or pay back my amount. Thanks
