As the first report about ezlocal stated; everything they promise ends up being a lie! The person who wrote the rebuttal to that report must work their. That is the only way anyone would write anything positive about this horrible company. All that talk about them being aligned with Google is false. Worse than though is the fact that they take all the money, from a small start up business and then don’t do a single thing they promised. Nothing in our online presence changed after paying ezlocal money we couldn’t afford and they did nothing for us. The original account manage we had left; and then we never heard from anyone there, until we started contacting them about not renewing our contract. They never could prove that they had done anything whatsoever on behalf of our business and the internet didn’t show our SEO’s up at all either. All they did when I contacted them was try to convince me that they’d give us a half price discount for the future if we stayed with them. We wouldn’t have stayed with them, at that point, if they’d offered us their services for a penny. Again, they did nothing at all for us besides take money from us. We went to BBB with a complaint, but every time they contacted ezlocal, they came back with a ton of lies about how we’d agreed to re-sign with them for the discount and had never told them we were unhappy. Complete lies all the way around. This company still owes us over $600 in our opinion and they need to pay everyone they’ve scammed and be put out of business!
