Hi, I have been unjustly accused of using EZpass going back to 2009. I have had an active liscense and registrations on my vehichles with the same insurance company for 38 yrs. I have been a registered homemaker for the elderly with Mass. for 15 yrs. and have to present my auto/liscense info yrly. My daughter used my cars and had an EZpass account that she diligently followed and kept paid. She was incarcerated in 2012. I knew she had it but I did not sign anything with Ezpass . On July 28,2014, I received a bill for $4,000. I immediately started making calls and had to deal with Ezpass, since the RMV has given them power over me to cancel my liscense if I didn’t pay. I paid $10.00 to the RMV to send me verification of my address. I have been in Hull, Ma. for 50 yrs. It took 1 1/2 wks. to get that far. Nancy at EZpass said if i could get that and send, and also a release in writing from my daughter to go over the account going back to 2009. I never received that and did not get my $10.00 back. When Nancy got my daughter’s letter on 8/1/14, she stopped answering my calls. I recevied that letter back after it went to my daughter, printing that they could not access any account past 6 months old. I also got a call from Mass. dot (dept. of transportation) and he said he got a picture of my old 1992 wagon going thru the Delaware turnpike. I never went past 50 miles with this car that was falling apart. this is a lie. the only way they could fabricate a bill to me was to photoshop the original picture previous to me owning (2010) the vehicle and slap it on with my info that they totally messed up. Before I continue, please respond so I do not waist my energy, telling me you are active and can help. EZpass mixed up all my info,causing me to get a warrant for my arrest in 2012 because they sent bills to an E.Boston p.o. box that never existed. thank you Joann Capone
