HORRIBLE Customer Service, Continual Website Malfunction, Shipping Time Frame is a JOKE!! Bought a Dinkleboo Groupon Photo Blanket. Website continuously malfunctioned after several hours trying to create two different blankets. Did the live chat with an agent who sent me a link to the wrong blanket so the order had to be redone. However, the blanket was no longer available. Did the live chat with another agent who said “I was just informed that our IT team is making some changes to the blanket creator. That’s why the size you need is not available right now.” He referred me to a sister website called FABNESS. Same problems. Created one blanket then the size was no longer available for the second…after spending hours dealing with their malfunctioning website that ONLY wants you to use Chrome. Spoke to another agent on live chat that again said “This is a known issue on the site. IT support has informed me of this issue.” REALLY???? Again?????? In Short…The hours spent dealing with both Horrible Websites “DINKLEBOO & FABNESS” constantly crashing, not saving my edits, the page continually freezing, the pages upon pages of copied chat conversations that got me no where, the inconsistent time frame for shipping, their refusal to upgrade to a faster shipping at no charge due to all of the problems, their “I could care less” attitude on this groupon deal, and their lack of response to my emails requesting help!!! Please DO NOT order any photo blankets from either one of these companies. You will be very frustrated and heartbroken at the end when you have spent hours and hours trying to create something special for someone you love and you have nothing to show for your time spent and now you have to spend even more time trying to get a refund and submit complaints to each website so that other customers don’t go through the same thing. I’ve read many of these reviews and each and every time there is a Dinkleboo customer service agent that responds with apologies and resolution…REALLY???? Why didn’t you help and resolve the issues BEFORE the bad review? PLEASE read other customer reviews BEFORE you deal with this company!!! The saying is true…you get what you pay for…the deal was too good to be true. It’s not worth the headache and hassle of dealing with Dinkleboo or Fabness!!!
