Fairy Chalk Mother

I have two bad experiences with Fairy Chalk Mother’s Chalk Paint company. The first time it took approximately 2 months to get my order of paint, even though my credit card was charged for it right away when ordering online. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect, so I had to wait another 2 weeks to get the correct paint. | I placed another order online for a friend in at the first of January. She received an email stating that her paint had shipped on 1/8/16. It is now 1/29/16 and she has yet to receive her order. I have tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with someone at Fairy Chalk Mother.
