I didn’t order anything from this company, Family Protection Association, but have a charge on my CC. I live in Austin (where the company is located) and have tried to call their number several times. Each time, I have gotten the recording "we are closed and opened from 7am…" I have tried calling ALL day – still the same recording and I cannot leave a message. THIS IS SCAM
