Fastsupport from UNKNOWN CALLER number contacted me about refunding $450 for a vague reason. Suggested they had something to do with Best Buy’s GEEK SQUAD. Wanted access to my computer and when I refused to ask me to go out and buy $450 worth of gift cards and give them the numbers so they could add to them the same amount? Ask them why I couldn’t just walk into a best buy and deal with this, and they beat around the bush with lame excuses. When I got angry and cursed him out, he got all ‘sensitive’ Bottom line DON”T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!
