In Nov 2013 I purchased four- Feit Electric ECO BULB CFL 6 pack bulbs from Home Depot. I have had a few bulbs go bad before the 2 year warranty has expired, and they shipped new bulbs out. Now I have another one that went out in a hallway that gets minimal usage. Feit told me this time I have to provide a receipt since I have called in warranty bulbs in the past. So since I use their warranty like it states I need to keep a receipt? Punishing the consumer. Their warranty printed on the box does not identify consumers must keep a receipt to get replacement bulbs. I only bought these bulbs since they had such a good warranty printed on the box and are the company is located near my residence. I was never told in the past to keep a receipt. Why now? Shame on you Feit. .
