I never through a licensed car dealer would offer such poor services. To make it worse, they sold me worn-out spare parts. I regret hiring them to fix my car.
I recently moved to St Louis Park after a job promotion and was looking forward to fitting in this haven of peace. I was unfamiliar with most service providers and restaurants in the city, but I would find my way through as time went by. I would drive to and from work each day apart from weekends. After one month, my car engine started producing a strange sound, and I knew it was time to find an auto service shop. Since I did not have friends to seek referrals from, I decided to check the available auto service shops in St Louis Park. After a thorough search, I came to learn about the FIAT of Minneapolis. This was a car dealer who showcased new cars, sold auto parts, and had a garage to service cars. From their online website, I learned that they were open on weekends, making them the perfect suit.
I called the number available on their website to make an appointment. The lady, on the other side, seemed friendly, but she did not provide enough information about the garage. However, she managed to book me an appointment. I arrived at FIAT of Minneapolis before my appointment so as to familiarize myself with the place and learn more about their services. However, the place turned out to be disappointing as I expected. The garage section was crowded, and from the look of things, my car would not be fixed today. Booking an appointment earlier did not help at all as I had to wait in the queue like everyone else. This was disappointing.
I tried to complain to the manager who told me nothing could be done. He went further to explain that their quality services attracted a huge number of customers. I later come to learn that the garage was crowded due to their low prices as they used Pre-owned spare parts. This did not bother me as long as I had my car fixed. I talked to the manager to inform him that I was willing to pay more to have my car fixed as soon as possible. He agreed to it, and my car was to be fixed immediately.
The mechanic was a young man who I supposed did not have much experience basing on how handled my car. However, I could not raise a complain since there was no way such a reputable dealer would have incompetent staff. After a few hours, my car was fixed. I paid for the services and auto parts and left. After a few weeks, my car developed the same problem it had. I decided to use another garage this time. I was disappointed that the FIAT of Minneapolis had used worn-out auto parts that were already failing.
