I contracted with fidelity financial serives to collect 3 debts. They signed me to a pretty basic agreement (charged $100). They attempted to collect and gave up pretty easily on one because there was a lawyer involved (who wants a collection agency that intimidates easy?). They collected on another, but did not pass on my share to me unless repeatedly asked. They went on to continue to collect on that account and keep all the money in violation of the agreeement. I demanded a statement of account multiple times, but they did not respond. They collected on an account in my name and kept the money for themselves and then disappeared. .
