I bought a leather jacket from this merchant on 4/3/2019. I contacted them to return the jacket soon after I received it because it didn’t fit. I was offered partial refund of $50 (I paid $139) if I kept the jacket or a $15 discount if I decided to exchange it instead. I declined both offers and told them that I was returning the jacket for a full refund. They said that upon receipt of the jacket they will inspect it then apply a refund to the original method of payment. They received the jacket on 4/15/2019, but to date (5/11/2019) I haven’t received the refund even though they said that they processed the refund a week ago. Every time I have reached out to them via email they responded within 48 hours. But when I told them earlier this week that since I had not received the refund I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and that if I don’t see the refund in my credit card by end of this week (5/12/2019) I will report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as give them a bad review in their web site and other web site, I have not received a response to date (5/11/2019). That tells me that they had no intentions of giving me a refund. But we will see who has the last laugh. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. My advise to everyone is “STAY AWAY”. It’s not worth the aggravation.
