This company has also become a complete joke. I have been with this company for 5 years now. Previously, I have always received great service and prompt service from this company. I have recommended this company to many of my friends as well. But for the last three months I have been facing a problem with my freezer and it has been an ongoing project for so long. There are three different contractors sent by the company to get my fridge fixed, but it isn’t fixed yet. I’m waiting waiting and waiting but nothing is working. First of all when I called regarding my freezer definitely I did not understand who was I speaking to that person was definitely not American. And I was having a real hard time understanding the person. I’m not sure where the call landed two or was it routed wrongly somehow, but I don’t know. I called in the second time. They advised me that I would have to wait for a while because right now there was not Material available. They have sent in an engineer and the engineer said that the Gasps Leslie King The coolant was leaking and that’s why it needed to be replaced which was again not covered. So the coolant is in covered which costs around. 500 to 600 dollars
But everything else has been that is covered. Okay, I still understand that. So five times my coolant was replaced, but it’s still leaking. So where exactly is the problem? There definitely is some problem with the engineer or the person who came to fix my fridge. I think they gave me a run for my money at the first time and after me calling for so many times and explaining it to them. They finally got it and wanted to fix it. But till the time the damage was already done. In the last few months my view has changed.If by the end of my contract I see that there are two towards work and the quality of work has changed and they are trying to do better. Definitely I would Re contract with them, but I would still reconsider. If I don’t see any change or Improvement I have been reading I definitely would have to get some resolution regarding this or else I would have to move to a different provider.
