My family and I decided to go on a group vacation for our daughters high school graduation. We booked everything through First Class Vacation. I paid for the most expensive package and got the best of everything for my daughter and our family. Spent over $30,000..
She picked out our destination and we thoroughly went through everything with our representative Shannon, who assured us that everything was good to go. A week went by and no confirmation via phone or email. I started to get worried and go into contact with them. She claimed the system was down and had some problems but after double checking she assured me once again that everything was ready to go. There was still 2.5 months until our trip so I didn’t stress over it.
2 weeks before the trip we receive an email from First Class Vacations saying our trip was cancelled due to no payment. I had no receipt of payment from their end. I had to dig up my bank statements and email them. After a lot of struggle and time with an annoying representative on the phone she blamed the mistake on the system. Said there was no way we could go about our trip being that it was too last minute. I PLANNED THE TRIP 3 MONTHS PRIOR and could not believe that happened to me.
I had to break the news to my daughter that we would not be able to take the trip because of this company and their fraudulent unethical work practice. She was devastated. I still have yet to get my refund. Worst experience of my life with these scammers. I do not recommend anyone trusting First Class Vacations!
