We signed up for this Security System on 6/26/12 – contract for (36) months. On the 37th month, we were charged again, by auto deduction. We tried to contact the Company’s billing department to resolve the issue and to see what the options were after the Security System was full paid and refund the extra charge. All numbers called were disconnected. I googled the Company, only to find out it was out of business. If they are out of business – I can’t understand why are they still charging for the Security System. .
