Fitness 2000 lacks communication with the customer’s service. I had the worst experience at this gym and the staff refused to help me solve the membership trial. The unfriendly staff did not fix my problem. They made my problem bigger at this facility.
It is not worth signing up for any trials at Fitness 2000, they did not give me what I wanted but wanted to give me what I did not want. Their priority is the business, not the customer care. The untrained staff doesn’t understand what customers need from gym experiences. The staff refused to inform me of the changes made to the trials.
I was a member at Fitness 2000 for five years and couldn’t use the poor-quality gym equipment daily. The membership is not simple to get out of once sign up for. The experience disappointed me, and membership is not what it claims to be for customers. They billed me every month and I did not use their services daily. Staff at Fitness 2000 failed to help with any information.
Fitness 2000 lacks the quality of machines and have updated on any new equipment. There is no use of Air conditioning to allow for a cool and comfortable training center.
A lack of quality drove me away from this training facility. I tried to stay on for a longer period but with nowhere to keep my belongings and to have experienced the unnecessary billing, I decided to cancel my membership after two months and permanently left Fitness 2000.
The awful smells from other parts of the building ruined customer relations I had with Fitness 2000. The old drawers and cupboards to keep my belongings were no longer called lockers, for the damaged cupboards were never used again.
At Fitness 2000 you won’t get the best offers on any discounts. The lack of clean lockers and gym equipment is a poor outlook on the conditions of the facility. The management is not interested to provide customer’s service and a clean environment for their clients. Cheap and low-quality soaps are used for quick showers. It is not worth your time and energy to shower in filthy conditions at Fitness 2000.
No clean towels and a lack of cleanliness in all parts of the building is visible to customers. A strong smell of mold is unhealthy to breathe in lies in many parts of the old unpainted walls. I don’t believe in photos of the gym to encourage my stay there. At Fitness 2000 I gave up my membership to go elsewhere for a better training facility. I was not satisfied with the customer’s service and the lack of comfort at the gym. A place such as this needs quality, friendliness, good customer’s service, well-trained staff, knowledgeable staff, and everything to satisfy the customer’s needs. Unfortunately, my bad experience led me away from Fitness 2000. A facility as this one is not a recommendation to any of my friends or others in search of training centers. It is a poorly qualified business with no staff to back it up.
