Five9 service was purchased and setup for a telemarketer I hired. Due to technical issues, the people on the other side could barely hear him, and there were barely any answers. Each day I was paying my telemarketer and Five9 would just “open another tech support case” pushing and pushing the downtime of my business. They blamed the list of people we were calling but the same list was dialed manually with much more success, and discernable voice quality with a regular phone. Eventually I said, you know what, all these tech issues are just not allowing the business to run and my caller to make appointmetns so please issue a refund. They were just trying to jerk me around. They refused even though we were harldy able to use the service. They kept opening cases for tech support basically beating around the bush waiting for my month of service to expire so that they could avoid issuing a refund for the product that wasn’t working. If you are reading this, I will remove my report if you please issue a refund as is customary when a service or product doesn’t work.
