For the cost of $250.00 plus $150.00 for Panda security, the tech support was supposed to bring my computer up to speed and clean out all unnecessary articles, defrag and make all changes to make my laptop computer like new. No difference in my computer can be seen except that I have paid $400.00, stayed on the phone with techs for 3 hours, and was unable to us my computer for four days. I am 71 yrs. old, a widow, use my computer for e-mail, looking up infor. on the internet and to order things occassionally. I am not a company with lots of files and info., pictures, etc. I told them this was a scam, and their only reply, was to call in case I needed tech support. What can be done about this? I would never recommend having computer on-line tech help!!!!!
