When we discovered this, we tried over and over to get in touch with our company rep, and after a month, he had still not gotten back to us. | Their “IAccess” portal, which is an online system where you can track transations and fees, is perfectly designed to make it almost impossible to figure out how much you’re being charged by Flagship. There are little hidden fees at every step of the way. | Please save yourself from this nightmare company, and get out while you can.
