first order- 2/2/17…sent back 2/11/17 Web site says “free returns” and 100% satisfaction guarantee!!! shoes came with a broken eyelet. When I wanted to return them, they offered my $15…I paid $50!!! So I asked for an address…they gave me a Hong Kong address. I spent $23 to ship them back…that was in March. I”m out $75…no shoes. These guys are con artists and liars. Falsely advertised, crappy merchandise.

FlashShoes Reviews & Complaints
I placed an order for my daughter for her birthday, received the order fine, and they fit…Gave them to her on 5/13/17. She wore them for about a half mile walk on Sunday night and to school on Monday. Now the one shoe will not hold a charge, contacted the company…she hung up on me stated she sent me an email on how to fix the shoes told me I could send them back for $30, I should have to fix a shoe that is two days old, I shouldn”t have to pay $30 to send it back to China…I just want a pair of shoes that work that I paid good money for.
