I had moved to a new location due to some personal reasons and what the bloody hell I was thinking when I chose Fleet Express Auto Transport to move my stuff and my car. Everything was going as planned until I consulted Fleet Express Auto Transport for the shipping. The staff should stop talking about their so-called remarkable services and focus on their competencies. I did not go through their reviews just the website and I asked them to do the job. I am regretting my choice right now. I had to move on the 27th of August and I had made a deal according to that. They need two days for shipping freight and vehicle transport. I needed both the services so the driver was supposed to be there on 25th August at 10 in the morning. But there was no sign of the drivers till 12 noon so I called the place immediately. The situation was handled by saying that the drivers will be at my place within an hour or so. I waited for two straight hours and now I was panicking because my flight was booked for 27th August. Upon continuous calling, the driver still did not arrive. Till 26th the situation was being handled by their service staff but after that my calls were left unattended. I had to reschedule my flight time because of them. The drivers were at my place early in the morning on 27thand they made me feel like I have put some kind of a burden on them and I am not paying them or anything. They were so annoyed at me that for once I tried to cancel everything. My car was dispatched earlier and when I received it at my new place, I could not recognize it. The condition was so terrible. It had scratched and dents all over and dust had covered it. I can understand that dust is a consequence of transportation but you can at least fulfill what you say. They had charged me for a carwash after reaching the destination but the scenario made it clear that they had done nothing.
I even smelled smoke in my car and I do not smoke. The driver or any other staff member must have smoked in my car. When my stuff arrived, I was expecting a better unloading gesture but I could not witness it. A lot of fragile stuff was broken and I complained about it but whoever is responsible for the customer support department is useless. My complaints are still not responded. The owner has replied to lower ratings and he has only one reason that the company has no records for the relevant customers. Like if you do not get good reviews you will not recognize the customer. The owner has not even bothered replying to good reviews. Maybe the good reviews are paid and the unpaid ones are authentic that is why there is a difference in response.
