Flex pro meals created and owned by Nathan Corn is not only criminal by over charging, continuously charging once obtaining a CC number, no customer service to speak of…but the meals you receive are not edible and are DANGEROUS! (see TV news stories pasted below of poor food quality and failed inspections)!! | Personally I received rancid, spoiled, wet and defrosted meals after being charged multiple times and EVEN after confirm that there will be no additional charges… YET! charges continued. This all happened AFTER the news stories aired. The excuses of this company are indeed pathetic and empty. | As you will see in the news stories below and investigative reporting many customers recieved moldy, rotten meals and boxes with flies! Certainly, this makes the criminal act of over charging and continuing to charge peoples accounts nothing compared to the fact that people could get incredibly ill. How is this company still in business? | The chat on the website is to drive sales, the phone number is to drive sales and they both say they can not do anything and simply to write to the admin email for help. If you get a response finally from admin email it is robotic in nature and does not even answer concerns and sounds very generic. | There are so many upset and angry people on the internet with complaints of abuse to their credit card, spoiled meals and no customer service! Nathan Corn deletes negative comments and blocks accounts of consumers trying to seek vindication and answers. | Fascinating that he has time for that, time to buy ad space that will bombard consumers on social media but no time for customer service or to do what is right or to even have a clean kitchen, proper food safety and proper food packing at the very least!!! He brags on social media about how he is so successful in his 20s. Success is not ripping people off and potentially giving people food poisoning. | The rating for the company on the BBB is an F!!! yes, an F! So many complaints! If you have found the BBB or Rip Off Report due to the dangerous, criminal and careless acts of this company Flex Pro Meals and owner Nathan Corn write your review and experience so that you can join the class action. Write to the FTC and FDA as well. This is a bad accident waiting to happen…someone can get very sick!
