I bought some of their furniture and quickly realized I had a problem. I contacted the retail store I purchased from and they promised to correct the problem. However, they never followed up on their promise and refused to return calls when I tried to contact them. I complained to Flexsteel and they told me I had to go through their retailer, that they could not help me. I asked them to contact the retailer themselves and see if they responded to them since they would not respond to me. They never responded to my request. It seems to me that a manufacturer that stands behind their products would contact THEIR retailer and intervene when they were not responding to the customer. Flexsteel seems to care less about their customers. .
