. On 10:30am, Monday, June 23, 2014 my new husband and I arrived at the Albq. airport to travel to Madrid, Spain. Upon trying to check in, we were told our tickets were invalid because we would arrive later than our connecting flight left. We called Flight Hub and Iberia multiple times, each of which said it was the other”s fault. The story as I understand it, flight was changed, so we were changed to the 6am flight, but never notified. Iberia said it alerted Flight hub, but flight hub never alerted us and even while dealing with agent on phone, our reservation still showed we were supposed to take off at 12:50pm from ABQ. An agent, Edwin, apologized and tried to get us a new flight. First saying he would try for the next day, then Monday night, then said he needed a supervisor”s help and he”d call within a couple hours. Four hours later, he still hadn”t called, so we called back. We went to bed without it being resolved. The next (Tuesday) morning, while on hold, a new reservation email for Wednesday popped up. It said to confirm with the airline, so we called Iberia, they confirmed, then called Flight Hub and confirmed again. The next day…NO RESERVATION WITH AMERICAN. We had no reservation number for them. We had a flight from Chicago to Madrid and back, but no domestic flights to get us to and from Chicago. After over two hours talking to Iberia, the American Airlines counter, Flight Hub, and American reservations line, we had missed our flight and had the flight to Madrid canceled due to “no show”. Back and forth, mostly on hold for another 2.5 hrs, Elijah came on and said all he could offer was to refund the tickets and then we could make new reservations. We were refunded the cost of the original ticket, but the fact we lost FOUR days of our honeymoon, lost hotel reservations, SO much added frustration, two days spent in the airport was never addressed.

A simple error was made in booking a flight. I selected a cost-effective flight from Myrtle Beach to Toronto. The email confirmation I received did NOT match what I selected, and I’m booked on a flight that involves an overnight stay in the Charlotte airport. Not only is the itinerary incredibly inconvenient, it’s more expensive than the option I selected. I have called them numerous times and received rude and unsympathetic customer service. All I want is to rebook on the flight that actually makes (FlightHub can still have my money, begrudgingly, FlightHub) but the rebooking fee greatly exceeds the price I paid for the flight in the first place. I have been a loyal user of FlightHub over the years, but unless someone rectifies this, never again.

Add a Comment Hi, I recently had to cancel one of my flight. I have a travel protection plan that I purchased from the website that covers travel cancellation. I was charged 75$ extra for the cancellation and I was told that I have to file a claim to get the rest of my money back from the ticket. After I have filed the claim the claim was denied… reason that my cancellation doesn’t have a good reason and is not covered by the policy. When I called flighthub back I was told that I will never get my money back because I am not covered. I am very disappointed That I have lost $485 for the ticket. After, I have made all the complaints here I have received the 75$ back that I was charged for cancellation. I will continue to complain here and to BBB till I will receive my full refund back. The company is a rip-off… do not buy from them.

After attempting to book a flight with this company on their online website via my iPad, and waiting through a very long loading time on the confirmation page, I was alerted that “my request could not be processed at this time” and i was sent back to the first page to start my booking all over again. I waited a little while and saw no email confirming anything, so i assumed since i never saw a “thank you for booking” or any type of booking confirmation (AND A MESSAGE SAYING THAT IT COULD NOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME), that i was still without a flight. Since the flights were on sale i decided to go directly through the airline and grab one of the last sale seats. Two days later while checking my CC payments i noticed that i had two charges from the airline. So i went in my email and saw that an email had come through later that night from FlightHub confirming the flight that was what i had thought to be “not processed”. I called the company and was on the phone with them for over an hour. Throughout the conversation i was told that I was lying about the information, that it was too bad and it was non refundable and that i would need to try to cancel the 2nd flight i booked through the actual airline. I said that since it was a fault of FlightHub not AirCanada, that i would like to speak to a supervisor and explain to them what happened, as since it is an error from FlightHubs page they should be the ones to refund the flight. The supervisor told me that i was out of luck and that he felt since i did not print the notification that the flight didnt go through that i was lying. I asked to speak to a manager and I was informed that there are NO MANAGERS for this company. The company just doesnt have them, and he is the highest up person that I would get to talk to. After hectic efforts of Two days I was able to book a flight with airchina through your agent Carmela, from YED TO ISB, but I could not get ticket. I try to contact your team on phone including supervisors like Jayhawks and Rena and associates like Jee, Caro And Kevin, but all looks like one to office for fun enjoyments and not for work, Carmela booked my flight under Confirmation # [protected], But I didn’t get the ticket I send almost two full days so for on that, your agent and supervisor all telling me that payment has been declined by credit cart company with no fault of agent. It is to mention here and you can see in call recording that how the resist to get in contact with manager with customer. At they first thay will always has NO One is available except her or him, like they are all in all and there is no supervisor on them but if you show them that you know the corporate working environment they will contact you with. Supervisor, who will not let you talk to any manager in any case. I investigated the issue to put Kevin on hold and he heard the credit company told him that flight hub make a test transaction of $1 and it was approved and they didn’t process the actual payment. So when the pay has not been processed by the flighthub there is no question of denying the payment by credit card. One the one hand my flight has been cancelled and on the other hand I am been blamed that my credit company has not made the payment. It is therefore, requested to initiate strict disciplinary action against above name agents and supervisors and, I may be compensated appropriately with the booking on set rout and dates, as I am not very flexible with dates and budget. Aug. 29th, 2018 Delta Airlines has authorized a refund of airline ticket (Confirm # Delta #HJP9W6) and put said authorization in their notes. I was advised to call FlightHub to receive relase from Delta of this refund and one of your representatives was telling me that the refund could not be issued due to “no show”. The passenger was not a “no show”. Passenger was refused entry into U.S.A. for lack of some documentation. I also made the representative call Voyage Alla Cart (ticket issuing company) and they too did not cooperate for the same reason. I don’t understand what’s going on on FlightHub’s end because Elias (Delta Rep) has confirmed ALL the notes are on the system to release refund. I am extremely upset at all this runaround and assure you that I will never use FlightHub again and will be giving FlightHub a bad review over this experience.

Be careful. These jokers have tons of hidden additional fees. You will have no choice except for one: pay and fly. For example here’s my story. I made a spelling mistake in my ticket and immediately called them and ask to correct it. They said: yes, no problem. 80 dollars, please. I was shocked. I was like whattttttt? How much? For correcting one simply freaking letter I have to pay eighty dollars? Ar you crazy out there? I hung ? and took some time to think what I wanted the most: to cancel the ticket or to pay 80 dollars for nothing? Booked 2 tickets (My daughter and myself) through FlightHub web site in Canada. Booked a flight for my wife and my daughter. Flight Hub Booking Reference Number: [protected]. Date of transaction: Nov 11, 2014. Today on November 20/2014 (one day before the flight) I received an email from Flight Hub that my confirmed tickets has been cancelled because the fare price of this flight segment has been cancelled. If I want to get the same flight I have to pay $1000 more what I paid initially. According to Flight Hub rep, China Eastern Airlines is asking more for these tickets now and they cannot honor the price what I paid. This is a big FRAUD. I paid the full price what was asked on Flight Hub website on Nov 11/2014 and even flight hub confirmed the tickets and now they are refusing to honor the price. What a big hassle I am in now. Very POOR service. I spoke with the supervisor Brando (ID# 3055BD) and he was unable to help me with this at all. As per Brando, no one can help me with this issue. What a professionalism (piece of ###). I was sent the confirmation email on Nov 12/2014 that “Your reservation is booked and your electronic tickets are ready! No need to call us to reconfirm this reservation.” I was even provided with China Eastern Airlines eTicket Numbers. I insist everyone not to use Flight Hub. Very bad service.

Booked a flight with quantas through flight hub. I got sick and was unable to flight the 22hr flight and got a doctors letter to explain why I was unfit to fly. The flight cost me 1200$. I contacted flight hub and asked if they could cancel/rescheduled or refund me some of the money as I was not going to be using the return flight from Melbourne to Vancouver. They changed my credit card an extra 150$ on top of the 1200 and got me 0$ of a refund and offered me a rescheduled flight that cost as much as if I booked a brand new flight. Booked a flight: reference number [protected] and received email confirmation of booking reservation then shortly after an email stating the credit card could not be processed – there was a link that took me back to the Flighthub website to put in new credit card information. I checked my bank account right away and the transaction had been made TWICE NOW (assuming the first one actually did go through) and twice as many funds have been removed from my account. Booked a reservation on August 30th 2017 and called Flighthub directly after to cancel the insurance package that was automatically included in the booking. Since i have private insurance and didnt see that the checkbox was already checked, called them and asked for the insurance package (484$) to be removed. They told me since I was calling within minutes after the booking that the package was removed and that my refund would appear on my credit card statement in the next 10 days. Booked flight for my Wife and her Mom for Honeymoon thru FlightHub and paid very high price, as Canadian advised that my wife only had Dutch visa for travel agent advised no problem and booked. However had big problem my wife was booked thru Degall airport and airline refused her on flight and FlightHub when called just ignored and actually hung up on me 2 times. Called airline direct and they fixed going to St. Maarten and wife arrived 2 days late now trying to fix return to China and same problems but worse as airline also not helping now either probably because of so many errors with Flight Hub. Flight Hub wants to charge me as they blame me as my fault. DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB for any booking. They transferred me to Delta which then they tried to transfer me to Air France all passing the buck not taking any responsibility. In the transfer to Air France I was cut off (maybe on purpose?) Delta did say it was a Air France ticket they could not change so I went to airport as agent at airport does re-ticketing of both Air France and KLM, they advised it was Delta as they tried to reissue ticket and could not! Very frustrating! going around in circles at least the lady was very nice and called Delta and between her and them admitted the error and they corrected what FLIGHT HUB Created! So all resolved by us with there help nothing from Flight Hub and we spent another day of our Honeymoon correcting one of there numerous errors at our cost on a very expensive ticket. Booked on: September 13, 2018 Reference Number: [protected] Booking Status: Future Credit Available On September 13, 2018, I booked a round trip ticket from YEG to CEB with a flight date of December 5, 2018 to December 19, 2018. I haven’t seen my family in the Philippines for 2 years and they asked me if I can spend Christmas with them. So I decided to move the returning flight to December 28, 2018 since it only costs $978 as per their website. I called flighthub on September 14, 2018 which is a day after the flight was reserved / booked and the agent I spoke to told me that I need to pay $250.00 to change the date plus the difference and give me the option that if I have to cancel the booking, I only need to pay $150.00 and just book a new one with the travel credit since they don’t give a refund. I went ahead to cancel it because who doesn’t want to save $100.00. So now, I tried to book in their website with my preferred date which will cost me $978 and use the travel credit, unfortunately, in the check out there was no option to enter the travel credit. I told the agent to book the flight for me since they have the full access which she was happy to respond that she will and to give her a minute. Then she got back to me and told me that I need to pay $1, 500 plus and that’s already including the travel credit worth $788. I told her the current regular price in your website says $978 why I do have to pay that much and she responded that china eastern won’t let her book to that one and the $978.00 is only available for new bookings which is ridiculous. She told me to cancel the flight and book a new one and use the travel credit so I can save but instead they are trying to rip off my hard earned just because I want to see my family. FLIGHTHUB is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Why will I $800 plus extra when I have a credit of $788 and the price of the ticket is $978. We called them again to just reinstate the flight and told me that they couldn’t as it is already cancelled and that I need to book a new one. So I called China Eastern and confirmed that the booking is confirmed and is still open and the partner airline Air Canada also confirmed that my flight from YEG to YVR and YVR to YEG is confirmed. When I told flighthub that both China Eastern and Air Canada confirmed that the booking is still open and confirmed and that I can show them the itinerary that China Eastern sent to me and itinerary from Air Canada website that I just pulled but still they insisted that the flight is already cancelled, it couldn’t be reinstated, refund is not applicable and that I need to book a new one through them so I can use the travel credit. Flighthub is very disgusting. I already spent $938 for the original flight $788 plus the cancellation fee of $150.00 and now they wanted me to $1, 500 plus.

Booked one of my flights for my trip to Greece/Spain through FlightHub close to 4 months ago. This was to ensure less expensive flights and to secure my trip. Two weeks ago they call to inform me that my flight has been cancelled, and they moved me to a different flight – in which they stated I must pay the difference for. If that is not already ludicrous enough, they just called me last week to tell me that the new flight was cancelled entirely and that there would be no re-booking (of course to force me into paying more for a now last minute ticket). I called them to check and see what options there were, waited on hold for an hour and a half, then the representative told me that she would have to call the airlines and call me back. Surprisingly, she actually called back from a no-call-back number, and she got disconnected almost instantly. I called back right after, and just sat on hold for 5 hours and 7 minutes, before they suddenly hung up the line. FIVE hours and 7 minutes. I am sick and this was my only day to rest and instead I wasted it waiting for them to just never come to the line even though they placed the message that I was the “next caller to be received” for over an hour. I will be taking the proper steps to make sure this business can no longer scam innocent people out of their hard earned time and money.

Seats number was assigned, but at the time of boarding, they refused to give the assign seats. It did not happened one time, but all the time of boarding they refused. Can ry please explain why we were charge for checked in baggage at the airport when we were checking in at icelandair counter. We a have never been charged before for luggage on other flights when we were allowed 2 bags. The agent at the counter said since we booked the flight with you flight hub and not icelandair there would be chargesinvolved. It always takes them 2 seconds to charge you, but when it comes to a refund, their policies say that sorry, but we will give your money back after two months. Ok. It”s been six SIX months!! Cathay Pacific cancelled connecting flight from Vancouver to Hong Kong CX837 and notified FlightHub, but FlightHub did NOT notify me so I missed my connection. As a consequence I arrived a day late for my tour departing Yangon on November 3. I was on the phone for MORE THAN AN HOUR and had to deal with 4 different people at FlightHub and NO ONE provided ANY help. And despite the fact it was FlightHub”s fault I wasn”t offered ANY compensation for extra hotel stays or to catch-up somehow with tour in Myanmar.

I was told I could get a refund minus a $300 cancellation fee if I cancelled the flight I had booked through their website. When I cancelled online, I discovered that I didn”t get a refund. I received a flight credit. When I called back to explain what happened (that I was misinformed and stuck in an unfair situation), I still did not receive a refund. b) I had argued my case for over an hour with no success – no refund. I then tried to spend the flight credit. I found that prices were inflated, making the credit worthless. When you use a credit to book online, you have to choose “paying with credit”, then search for flights. “Paying with credit” prices are more expensive than “regular payment” prices for the same flight with the same airline – by a wide margin of a couple of thousand dollars. I have provided specifics below. Again, I was treated unfairly as a consumer. I”m looking to be compensated for both the $300.00CAD cancellation fee and the cost of the initial ticket $2279.00CAD. I hope that we can get this sorted as soon as possible. If I don”t hear back from you in a week I will pursue legal council. Thank you. On the FlightHUB website, April 25, approximately 7:00am: Our plans changed so I tried to cancel the flight. The website stated that I had to pay a $300.00 modification fee. I had thought it would be possible to cancel without penalty since it had been less than 24 hours since I booked. Rang FlightHUB, April 25, 2018, approximately 7:15am: I called FlightHUB and asked why I needed to pay $300.00. I had contacted them within 24 hours but they claimed because I was a Canadian I had to pay the $300.00 fee. (Apparently if I was American I would have been able to cancel without penalty.) I was told that I could cancel at any point 48 hrs prior to departure. There was no mention of a travel credit. Transaction on the FlightHUB website, April 26, 2018: I found a flight on a different site that worked out better for us. I booked it and cancelled my initial FlightHUB flight, paying the $300.00 cancelation fee. I discovered that my money was not refunded but placed into a travel credit. I immediately cancelled the flight I had just booked through Kayak and Delta and had no problem at all. Rang FlightHUB, April 26, 2018: I rang FlightHUB and asked for my money to be refunded rather than receiving a travel credit. FlightHUB told me they could not refund my money because it had gone United Airlines. (United Airlines have a “Book without worry, cancel for free within 24 hours of booking” policy stated on their website.) I continued to try and get my money back for over an hour but had no success. On the FlightHUB website, April 26, 2018: I found a flight that worked (to the same location on the same airline as the original purchase – San Francisco, United Airlines) and attempted to use my travel credit to pay for the new ticket. In the payment stage of the transaction, I couldn”t find a way to apply my travel credit. I then found a “book with credit” option. You click on it and then search for flights. I found that there was a huge difference between the “book with credit” price and the cost of the same flight using a “regular consumer” search. The “book with credit” flight was way more expensive. The difference in price was exactly the value of the travel credit. So the credit had no value. Ultimately, I would pay for the flights twice if I went with the “pay with credit” option. Rang FlightHUB, April 26, 2018: I rang FlightHUB to complain and to get a refund instead of a credit for the original flight booked, or to apply the credit to a flight purchase for the “regular consumer” price. I was turned me over to Selena (employee # 3742). We argued back and forth for over an hour. I tried to use the credit by booking over the phone but found the same thing with Selena – “pay with credit” prices were far more expensive than prices I would pay if I purchased tickets for the exact same flight online as a “regular consumer” not using a credit. Selena claimed that the price difference was due to administrative costs. For example, I asked to book a July 6, 2018 United flight leaving for San Francisco from Toronto, returning on April 20, 2018 from San Francisco to Toronto. The price I found online as a “regular consumer” was $3748.64. Selena said the cost was $5078.64 – $1330 more expensive than the “regular consumer” price. Then I searched online as a “regular customer” for a flight leaving from Buffalo. I found a United flight that cost around $2600.00. Selena quoted me a price of around $5000 for the same flight – $2400 more expensive. (Odd that the “administrative costs” were different in each instance). Selena said she was sorry for the inconvenience and that there was nothing she could do about the price difference. I did not use my travel credit because it would cost me way more to book a flight through FlightHUB using the credit than to book a flight elsewhere. In sum, FlightHUB have: a) Said that I would get a refund and failed to honour the promise. b) Issued a travel credit that has no value in light of inflated “pay with credit” prices that don”t match the prices I would pay as a “regular non-credit customer” using the FlightHUB website for the exact same flight with the same airline with the same time coordinates. c) I am also wondering if I should have been able to cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking. Date: Feb 24 Booking# [protected] I booked 5 tickets for a total of $3571.81, breakdown provided was $714.36 per person. One of the travellers called the FlightHub call centre without my authorization and spoke with Mr. Martin to advise that there was an error in the total price charged. This resulted in miscommunication and cancellation of all the tickets. Mr. Martin promised to cancel and REBOOK with a $50 credit per person, he did not mention a cancellation fee or that our tickets would never be rebooked. I was the person who booked the tickets, they were all charged to my credit card under my name, Flighthub should not have allowed this transaction to go through without my authorization. I then received an email alerting me that the tickets were all cancelled, I called the call centre to find out why and the a rep by the name of Faye (very rudely) explained that in order to cancel any flights, he caller would need to provide the credit card security code- this never happened. I then asked her to pull the call so that they could verify that the code was never provided, no authorization provided. I called back 24 hours later and nothing had been done, I then spoke to a supervisor by the name of Rene who said he would pull the call and confirm. I received an update 48 hours later, all he said was that there was no agent error, when I told him that I never provided the credit card code, he said this no longer mattered because the agent who cancelled received verbal confirmation from the caller (not me, the person who booked). I am now being charged $125 in cancellation fees and having to rebook my tickets. I experienced the worst customer service and fraud during this horrible ordeal. Please look into my case and see that this was an unauthorized cancellation and I am unfairly being charged $125 for a cancellation that I never wanted to occur. That is not all, the unauthorized caller was simply looking to get a discount for the error in pricing that occurred, he never wanted or asked for the tickets to be cancelled. I am requesting a refund for the $125 unwanted cancellation fee.

Dear I, a resident of Canada, writing you to make a complaint toward purchased air-ticket. I was happy with the services of your company but I got dissatisfaction this time. I bought an air- ticket FlightHub Booking Number: [protected], last month. This was a round trip, starting on August 16, 2018. On the 16th aug., I was told by airport associate that I can not travel on such ticket, however, it was confirmed. After inquiring airline authorities, I came to know that the problem was with booked ticket due to misrepresentation of some information which was not disclosed in the itinerary. Firstly, at the time when I purchased that, ticked showed only 2 halts up to destination but that was not true, actually, there were 3 halts and due to which I had to stay in China(the country where all halts were) more than 24 hours. Moreover, they did not allow me to board that flight because they do not allow to stay in China more than 24 hours in the absence of visa for China. And I got much upset at that time, as I had to meet my family member as early as possible due to her medical condition. Dear Madam/Sir, I am complaining about Flighthub online service. First, they didn’t tell that there is a cancelling fee when I booked a ticket of C$ 882.70 (Booking No. [protected]. Confirmation No. QNBJU5). They actually say free cancellation. Second, when I booked the ticket at 9:10 am on 12 Feb, 2019, the ticket price was $659.39 online(The photo showed $666.88 when I searched at 18:34 pm on 12 Feb, 2019). They didn’t mention that it is US dollar when I viewed their website on 12 Feb, 2019 . It is easy to misunderstand as Canadian dollar. Third, I would like change a ticket date that departure time on 19th or 20th Feb, 2019 and return time on 9th or 10th March, 2019. Departure and destination are the same. Dear Sir/Madam, This is to report that I have been having a harrowing experience with FlightHub with regard to my reservation [protected]. I have faced continuous incompetence with agents and supervisors, who have turned me into a real ping pong and have made me hanging on the line for two hours at a time all to no avail (Gedeon, Josh and supervisor Rachel just to name a few). For two weeks I have consistently been calling FlightHub as there is no option to deal with my booking online. I tried to change a date of return several times only to learn later that the payment would not go through. Your agents will never return dropped calls and will take ages to attend to my reservation requirements. As a result I have wasted tonnes of precious time, which is as gold as money. Twice your agents even convinced me that I should go and check directly with the airlines (Air Canada in my case) as the status of my ticket has been “exchanged” and it was now in the possession of the airline carrier. This will all make me a laughing stock by the airlines staff as they would refer me back to FlightHub as an agent who has received my payment and thus should be in charge entire booking. Air Canada staff also advised that your agents had committed a flagrant mistake by failing to match the flights of both legs of my travel on the same date. As a result there was a total confusion in the system and the airlines would not be in a position to let me board both flights. I have been stuck at my destination because of the FlightHub incompetence and incapacity of dealing with the customers on a high professional level and, therefore, retain and build the clientele for mutual benefits. Dec 31/18- I was trying to book my flight from Miami on Jan 2/19 to YYZ (toronto). When I was on the internet I put all information in that was needed. I did not click to buy ticket or complete travel and I had lost signal. The internet browser was not available and as I was concerned the flight I had not booked, nor did I receive an email confirmation. I then proceeded to go on wifi and book my flight through expedia which I have the flight proof and all boarding information that was sent to my email. I had came home on Jan 2nd and checked my bank to see that Flight Hub had processed a $345.39 payment and charged a fee of $14.95 which I was not aware about. I had contacted them as soon as I had seen this and they told me there is no refunds. I tried to tell the agent that I had not booked or accepted the trip booking so how would you process the payment. I asked for my money back and he told me their is nothing that can be done. I am quite irritated that a company so large is screwing people over and some how booking their trip when they on the last page even when they do not press confirm booking. I will go further up the ladder if this situation is not handled appropriately. I also have proof of my ticket that I had purchased through expedia which seems to be a more reputable company. Why would I have purchased 2 tickets in the matter of minutes apart??

I bought 5 tickets to go to peru, airline changed my flight and added 35 hours layover without hotel. I called to cancel the flight i was told in 24 hours u will receive an email with refund confirmation then 30 days refund will be there. Since the first call it has been over 2 months not a single email regards to my refund. every time i call i get someone saying oh the agent never did then someone saying oh the agent did. speaking to supervisor who can’t do anything speaking to “highest” level manager yanis who just lies to tell u everything is good. my 1500$ CAD has been stuck for over two months and no one would give me a right answer. Drew continually interrupted me while trying to explain an issue to him. He also blamed me for a short connection that needed to be changed even though I had booked it that way. He told me that Flight Hub would not have allowed me to book that. Not only did Flight Hub allow me to book too short of a connection but it was then my fault. First off, i was charged extra fees on the credit card not disclosed while booking the ticket. Second it was a two way international flight, from syracuse, NY to entebbe, and back to the same destination. Instead of disclosing and notifying drop off at JFK instead of Newark airport. The dam ticket only disclosed a layover for 5hours, did not show i was to take a bus or train from JFK airport EWR airport to get my last flight to Syracuse. Not even the fact that i have to pick heavy bags from JFK and figure out how to get to EWR airport. Terrible customer service, failured to disclose relevant facts. International travelors stay a way from flighthub. Their Target is to get as much money from you as they can by keeping details likely to cost you time and money. Stay a way from flighthub. Two way ticket means take one person from one destination and deliver then back to same destination. Or atleast notify travelors of bus or train in between travels at personal cost. First problem i had was an agent was helping me out then she said she will look into my flight options and will call me back, after 2 hours she did not call back so I called them again and the second agent was able to help me book my flight., I was told by the agent that booked my flight that I have 24 hour to cancel or modify changes to my flight. flight hub [protected] be careful when using this site to purchase flight…as the “price guarantee” box is deliberately designed to trick you- it does not state the price (right there) with the information and unless you are very very careful and try to remove it before pressing complete you will be charged an extra $20.00! Very hard to see this when booking on a phone- which I”m sure this happen hundreds of times daily. Does not make sense: you can add price guarantee at any time to your flight but can not remove it??? when you call the company they advise you no supervisor is available to speak with…so I guess they prefer to have this on twitter and complaint sites. Flight Hub seems to charge you $ 4.02 more than what your invoice from them shows, when you receive your credit card bill per ticket ! They are hoping that you don”t notice this charge and you won”t fight it. Now imagine if they are doing it to millions of customer”s, how much money they are making ! So if you buy a ticket for $ 1, 000, they will even send you an invoice for $ 1, 000, but 2-3 days afterwards when the charge cones on your credit card, it will be for $ 1, 004.02, so about 4 bucks more per ticket ! Also instead of Flight Hub, some other vendor or merchant like ” TEH CANADA ” shows up on your credit card bill !

Flight schedule with air canada was changed without any notification from flighthub. We were lucky to be there very early and air canada was able to get us on another flight. A few weeks earlier i received a notification about the flight scheduled being changed with philippine airline but after calling and waiting times for many hours there really was no change in the flight schedule… so why did i get that notification??? FlightHub booking number [protected] for a flight from Toronto to Norway May 9 2018 returning May 17 2018 with Icelandair. I called to make a name correction for one of the passerngers so that it would match the passport exactly. I called 12 times in one week, spent from 20 to 60 minutes on the phone each time. The first agent said he would make the correction and call back, but he never called and never made the correction. All of the subsequent agents kept me on the line while trying to reach the airline. It never worked. One agent succeeded in reaching the airline, only to be told she was calling the wrong number and she needed to call the support line for travel agents instead. While calling this line, we got disconnected. When I called back several times after that, the agent always insisted there was no number for travel agents. One agent could barely speak English. Another agent told me to call back later as the calling queue was too long. Another agent told me to call the airline myself, which I did, only to be told the change needed to be made through the third party with which I booked. The airline told me the agents should be calling on a travel agent support line! Several times the calls got cut off after waiting on hold for extended periods, and when I called back, I had to start all over again. I sent an email to Flighthub, asking for the correction to be made; 8 days later there was still no action on it. What can I do to get this ticket corrected? I am at the end of my rope!

I was supposed to travel from November 8th – 26th, 2017. However, due to work commitments that arose unexpectedly, I had to cancel my fight. FlightHub gave me a Travel Credit of $795.11 which they said that has to be used by Oct 5, 2018. They did not explain that it meant “travel had to be completed by Oct 5, 2018”. As a result, I tried re-booking my flight last week from Toronto to Lagos for the month of January 2019 expecting to make use of my travel credit. Imagine my complete shock and dismay when the customer service rep told me that was impossible and if I don’t complete my travel by Oct 5, 2018; I would lose the travel credit and there was nothing else that can be done. I asked to speak to a Supervisor/Manager who proceeded to relay the exact information as the customer service rep and therefore was of no help or use to me. Is it my fault then that the rules were not explained to me properly? And why should I forfeit my travel credit? Firstly, I spent $1, 112.06 and all that was given me in credit was $795.11. I already lost $316.95 in penalty and fees. Is it fair to me now to lose $795.11 of my hard earned money?? I am completely distressed and disappointed by FlightHub customer service and their unwillingness to assist. At this point if I cannot use my travel credit, I want a complete refund of $1, 112.06. When they said $1, 000 I thought that was a joke. Not only does their customer service provide any helpful information, but they are absolutely rude at dealing with customers. Flighthub customer service representative booked me on the WRONG month via phone and now is refusing to take any responsibility for this and I have to pay another $155 for changing the flight with the airline. As a note, I already paid $500 for a flight, $125 to cancel that flight and retain it and then additional $155 when I rebooked. I asked for it to be rebooked for May, it was wrongly rebooked for February and I received no e-mail confirmation until now when I called the airline one month after as I was surprised by your lack of communication. In total, I spent $800 and still I have no correct flight. My experience has been incredibly disappointing and I have spend probably 2-3 hours on the phone each time. Please ask your customer service representatives to book me for free for the correct flight – not the wrong month – THEY BOOKED. FlightHub has provided me with the poorest customer service experience I have encountered. I called FlightHub on 12FEB2015 requesting to change my flight. I spent over 6 hours on the phone with numerous representatives. My called was dropped multiple times, and no one from the organization called me back even though they had taken my number in the event the call was dropped. I was instructed to call AirCanada to deal with the situation. AirCanada directed me back to FlightHub indicating that since I had booked through them, they had to make the changes. Eventually FlightHub directed me to take the flight to the destination country and deal with changing the return flight when I got there. I was forced to purchase a return flight through an airline to ensure my return home. When I returned from my vacation I spent another few hours on the phone with FlightHub trying to deal with the situation. My call was again dropped and again no one called me back despite taking my number in case such an event were to occur. Upon reaching Lyn, a FlightHub representative, I was informed that it is company policy that a flight cannot be changed, or refunded once it has been partially used. So, Lyn revealed that FlightHub deliberately instructed me to use a portion of the flight knowing that I would be locked into the ticket and that I could not change anything after I had. Lyn provided me with an e-mail address and instructed me to craft an e-mail explaining my situation and I would receive a response in 24 to 48 hours. I did so, and the time since I have sent the e-mail has exceeded 48 hours. The service, or lack thereof, that I have received from Flighthub has been extremely unprofessional and I am incredibly displeased with this organization. I strongly suggest the organization compensate me for essentially scamming me into taking this flight and refusing to change or cancel my flight. Compensation for dealing with this situation horribly will go a long way to change my opinion of this organization.

FlightHub is the worst travel agency. I will never ever buy anything from them. I purchased a ticket which had two layover in Europe and then noticed that it is against the law to have two layovers for nationals of certain countries. Then I tried to change my flight and all they gave me was they could only change the date and not the number of layovers even if I would be willing to pay the difference. That was absolute [censored] and I have never heard of that stupid restriction. I have to add that the ticket was not even cheap and I could have found better prices had I searched more. Flighthub nightmare! I would recommend never to book with Flighthub. Only if I had done my research on them earlier on, I would have never booked with them. So the story goes… My grandfather had suddenly passed away so me and my family abruptly bought a quick plane ticket to travel overseas the next day only to find out several hours later that we might have to cancel our flight cause my 2 year old started a light fever. Since my son’s fever didn’t seem serious at that point, we waited and see on my son’s condition and decided after 10 hours since we booked our flight to call flighthub and figure out the damaged that would be caused due to the cancellation of our flight. Well, flighthub claimed that they’ve communicated with the airline company (I was even put on hold for a few minutes for this…) and that there will be no airline penalty and I was given the total amount of penalty charges that would occur upon my flight cancellation. We found out after a month later that there was an airline penalty charged by flighthub (I talked to the airline company in person and they said it is not themselves that decide the penalty but it is flighthub) that made the total amount of our penalty 2 times more than the amount I was told that would be charged on us. Called flighthub, obviously they’re claiming that they would have never said such things and that I misunderstood them and that the airline will not allow them to excuse the penalty… Etc and they were sooooooo rude. So I hightened my voice asking them that I dont appreciate the mannerism they’re approaching me with this issue and then just suddenly, flight hub started to say, “stop swearing, stop calling me names, I dont appreciate that kind of language” lol I was actually in shock! I did not swear nor called the person names and just out of the blue this came up in our conversation and then they hung up on me. It was very disappointing because I have waited over 2 hours on the phone to talke to a supervisor and this was what had happened. I will definitely never book with flighthub again. And I hope no one else has to go through something horrible like this again…

Flighthub refund – why so long – when can i get my money back? I cancelled my ticket on april 24, 2016 for airline ticket through flighthub.com (Reference# [protected]). It has been over 2 months and i did not yet receive my refund which flighthub promised within 4 to 6 weeks. I have called flighthub customer service several times since and they kept telling me it is coming. The last called june 3rd and brada, customer service agent, told me that the latest i would receive my refund is june 20. Again i did not receive any refund on that date. I called them [protected]) today july 8, 2016 to remind them of my refund. However, they put me in recording for two long hours ‘your estimate wait time is more than 15 minutes .. There more than 10 quote ahead of you” i am not sure what do with it after 2 hours and drop the call.
