Stay clear of nikki Jackson and flip n vintage . we contracted her to do a remodel of 63,000 and paid her 40,000 . she left our house destroyed and the work performed is of such poor quality everything has to be ripped out and re done and will cost us almost 60k more to get or finished. Her plumber jack hammered a hole in our slab outside edge to remove a drain pipe without our permission and according to inspector may have damaged our structural beam. She will take you money up front and will not order the products she said she has. She will use the money for her personal use . She will.complete about 80 % of the goals to.move to the next step and demand a check and promise to get caught up and it will never happen Only empty promises She is also incapable of telling the truth just a few examples on Jan 11th we were told cabinet material was ordered and being constructed only to find out Feb 13 nothing has been ordered or | produced she the promised to have them on site building cabinets on 2/14 bit they never showed and per her schedule we should be down to paint and floor and we are actually in sheetrock rough in phase and that is not complete . | Upon back ground checks with our attorney we have concerns they she used our funds for the house to settle her divorce proceedings she owed at the time we contracted her We have filed a 60,000/law suit on her and demanding personal times she took from the house to re finish and refuses to return . Not with standing her dishonesty and total lacking the ability to tell the truth she is totally incompetent when it comes to construction and phasing of construction and basic construction knowledge I could go on and on but for over view in will post pics of the current condition of the house and keeping in mind as per the draw she created we should be 2 weeks from completion and kitchen and both bathrooms are to be 100 % finished by 2/14 and as of this report you will see pics of the current condition she left it in
