– Date of incident: [protected] – The bus left on time from Berlin at 11.20 am. However, the driver presumably took the wrong exit on the highway or followed the wrong direction. The traffic was smooth, but because of the delay we missed the ferry at 15.00 and had to wait for the next one at 17.00. As a result the bus arrived at 21.35 in Copenhagen, being 1, 5 late. During the trip there was no information provided about the delay or timeplan, as the driver did not speak English, German or Danish. It was not possible to communicate. – It was an unsatisfying experience.
