On June 30, 2018 the following unfair or deceptive act occurred: | I was about to take home tiles that were ordered on, 6-9-2018. As I was placing the boxes of tiles into a truck I borrowed, I asked the employee who was assisting me if I could open a box to be sure I was getting the correct tiles. When I looked at the tiles they were clearly not what I ordered. I ordered tile that has a white base color with gray accents running thru. The tiles that I received have a brown accent running thru. These tiles will not match my decor in the kitchen where they were going to be installed. I told the employee that I’m not going to accept these tiles, they are not what I ordered and are useless and worthless to me. | The merchant told me that a refund was not an option and that I have to take the tiles. I did not take the tiles, they are still at the merchants’. They also state that merchandise left at the store will be charged a monthly storage fee after 90 days.
