I was told to give a refundable deposit of $1,000.00 to hold an excavator that was on ebay for sale through florida auction direct. The machine would be held until financing was approved or i would be notified and refunded my money if machine was sold per robert garcia, neil marcellino and the office manager ernie. Well nevertheless the machine was sold, i was never notified and my refund is being withheld. I have made several calls in which i spoke with ernie saying that my refund would be in the mail by the end of business. Two weeks late i was told that accounts payable handle refunds. Two more weeks later i am being told that neil handles all refunds. Now as of 11/17/2016 and numerous unanswered phone calls and i finally being told that the refund is nonrefundable. I will be filing a civil suit against each party and a lien against the company. I would suggest to stay away from florida auction direct llc or auto specialists of florida llc they are crooks just waiting in the bushes to steal from you.
