You get what you pay for with this attorney here. My wife hired her for our case that has been going on for 2 yrs. We had over 10 statements, videos, pictures, voice mails & over 40 pages of a home study ruling in our favor. Everytime spoke with her about our case after we paid that retainer it was like she never broke the seal to see what was in our case. She was Asking questions as if it was the first time she was speaking to us. She rarely answered her emails and was barely present to answer her phone. | She is quick to bill us for the work or lack of work she was doing not to mention we had to call several times for her to file a motion. She always had her assistant answer the calls who had NO CLUE what was going on. We had a visit scheduled weeks before the case and she made us wait 1 HOUR!!! We just had to leave and did not meet with her because we had to work. The day of our court session our attorney “Robbin Lynn Petras” DID NOT BOTHER TO SHOW UP!!! She sent her assistant. My wife did 90% of the talking on our case for our daughter who is being put in harms way by her drunk father. His attorney was aggressive and spoke over my wife because the assistant did not know anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET IT, SHE IS ONLY $175 FOR A REASON, SHE DOESN’T DO ANYTHING BUT BILL YOU. SHE IS A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING LAW!!! WE NEED A REFUND FOR HER NOT SHOWING UP IN COURT!!!
