I booked a flight for two adults from Cape Town to Bloemfontein for 30 April 2017. On 28 March 2017 I was notified that all flights had been cancelled under Business Rescue Proceedings. On 29 March 2017 I was notified that all had been done to process my refund in about 7 days. To date no refund has been received and E.Mails are not answered. On 12 April I tried to contact by telephone only to hear that the number does not exist or is not in use at the moment. What can I do?
