Force Factor LLC uses deceptive internet marketing scam by offering you a “”FREE”” suppliment sample then requiring you to use your credit card to pay “”$4.99″” for shipping and handling. If you provide this information they will follow your “”FREE”” sample with additional UNSOLICITED product and CHARGE your card without your permission. If you call them to complain they will tell you that you “”signed up for a membership”” in their terms and conditions (fine print) during the time you paid for the “”shipping and handling”” of your “”FREE”” suppliment. They will refuse to send you a postage paid return label to send the unsolicited product back to them and will continue to try to charge your credit card. While my only experience has been with them via the internet they appear to be located in two different states. Force Factor, LLC – 105 Commerce Drive Aston, PA 19014 is a “”D”” rated company with the BBB. However, they have another one in located at 24 School St, Boston, MA 02108. It looks like the product shipps from the location in PA, so that is where most of the complaint are registered. It should be noted that when I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB, the customer service rep said “”I don’t care! We have an A Rating.”” Which can only mean that the two listings are one and the same company. They may have even registed the second location to avoid the negative press and bad ratings of the first location. .
